Ms. Ranjana Khadka, the Founder Principal at WINGS School earns Master in Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Early Childhood Education & Master in Education (STEAM Education) from Kathmandu University (KU), Nepal. Having worked as Early Childhood Development (ECD) practitioner for long, she earns acknowledgment in the field of Early Childhood Education and Development. She positions herself as the Secretary of Nepal Montessori Association, Bhaktapur & Executive Board Member of Preschool Association Nepal (PSCN). Besides, she has been facilitating International Child Development Program (ICDP) and is a certified Trainer for Primary Educators.
The Academic Director of the School, Mr. Deependra Bhandari is a MPhil Graduate in Mathematics Education (Kathmandu University, Nepal). With more than two decades’ connection with reputed schools of Kathmandu, Mr. Bhandari serves as an expert and a researcher in Mathematics education.
Dr. Laxman Gnawali, Professor at Kathmandu University, is an acclaimed figure in English language education in Nepal. His national and international contributions include textbooks, articles and book chapters on language pedagogy, action research, teacher professional networking, and ICT and digital technologies integration. A University of Exeter alumnus, Dr. Gnawali has a repute in and outside Nepal for inspiring teachers for professional development. He currently serves NELTA as its Senior Vice President.

She has ample experience in organizational management which she assembled from different institutions including Thamserku Trekking where she worked as Assistant Manager. She aspires to bring about transformation in education through her contribution in creating school atmosphere embedded in love for learning.
Ms. Ramila Subedi is the PhD Scholar and Teacher Educator at Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED), Nepal. Having assembled the experience of working for national and international curricula at different schools and colleges of Kathmandu, she serves as an educator and training consultant for different educational institutions.
